Wow, what a week! Springtime is always busy, but this week was just crazy! Between going to physical therapy twice, the dentist, work, and all it was nuts.
Yesterday was Austin Nature Day and Jason and I led a field trip at Brodie Wild. Then we stopped at Memory Depot — it’s mainly a scrapbooking store but they also have some stamps — got some awesome paper from Basic Grey and “The Chair” stamp by Paperbag Studios!
Then yesterday afternoon we got the plants planted that we got at the Wildflower Center’s Spring Gardening Festival last weekend.
Then we finally had time for a tour of our own garden — everything is in full swing! Found three Monarch caterpillars munching away on single Antelope Horns milkweed — this picture is one of the back end, but I think it kinda looks like a smile, ha ha! Also found one Giant Swallowtail devouring the poor Toothache Tree — every year the poor tree gets all of it’s leaves eaten off!
