Fall Gardening Festival at the Wildflower Center

I flew back from Vegas on Friday Oct 13 — and got up bright and early the next morning to work at the Fall Gardening Festival at the Wildflower Center. Jason and I both worked at the Native Plant Society of Texas booth selling plants and answering questions. That’s Jason on the far right in the white shirt.

Then after lunch Jason kept working at the booth while I gave a tour of the Wildflower Center — it was fun, but I was exhausted afterwards. That’s me in the hat. A friend got me that hat, I love it because it has some serious brim — really needed in our hot Texas summers.

We stopped for dinner on the way home, then I fell asleep — I slept for 12 hours straight!  Stay tuned for a post on San Antonio — then I should be all caught up.
