What a great weekend! Saturday we talked to two landowners about putting conservation easements on their prairies. The first one was a 2 hour drive away, and the next one was about a half hour past that. Then we drove an extra hour — almost to Houston — to see Nash Prairie. Wow. It was so beautiful. We walked around until dark, and then it was about 4 hour drive back — we listened to Christmas carols, fun!
Then Sunday we cleaned the house, I went for a bike ride and then I had to work.
I was hoping to get to stamp, but no time, darn!

I got a postcard from Missouri Prairie Foundation. Sounds like some big Agribusiness is looking to acquire and make a mess of some of those beautiful prairies up there. Yikes! Did you get the postcard also?
