Kristinia’s Color Challenge #38

k38

I love the colors in Kristina’s challenge this week — so yummy + happy + warm!

My MIL told me yesterday that they got more snow + it was cold up there in Ohio!  So I wanted to make her a little card to warm her  up, ha ha!  Plus I’d been waiting for the right chance to use a snowflake die cut that she got me for my birthday — and! — this owl just happened to be all stamped and ready to go on my desk — found him on my last excavation — er, desk cleaning.   So now I give you…

Hope it warms her up.

How cold is it where you are?  So far the coldest I’ve heard is from my friend Barbara in Canada — she said it was about -60 with the windchill — yikes!  It’s been cold here — well, by Texas standards anyhow — but nowhere near that cold!  Keep warm everyone, and have a great weekend!

Supplies: All stamps, notecards, gems and pearls by Hero Arts.  Patterned paper by Little Yellow Bicycle.  Snowflake die cut and embossing folder by Cuttlebug. Stickles glitter glue by Ranger (on the snowflake and the owl’s sweater — that sweater cracks me up, ha ha!)
