Well, it’s not a groundhog, but…

Hope that Jason’s dad likes it anyhow!  Jason’s dad’s birthday was Groundhog Day — Feb 2nd. I’ve been hunting hi and lo for a groundhog stamp for years, but no luck — so this hedgehog will just have to do.  If anyone knows of a groundhog stamp, please leave me a comment.  There’s a stamp for everything, right?

Oh and if you’ve never seen the  Groundhog Day movie, you’re missing out!  Too funny, ha ha!

One last thing — to all of you northerners who are sick of snow and are mad at old Phil because he saw his shadow —  send the snow my way, I really miss it!

Supplies: Happy birthday message, flower gems, and new endive notecard by Hero Arts. Hedgehog die by QuicKutz — I cut it from brown velvet paper that I’ve been hoarding in my stash for ages — think it is from The Paper Company?  Striped ribbon by Amerian Crafts and pom-pom ribbon by May Arts.  Patterned paper by We R Memory Keepers.

  7. Hi, Lisa! We got snow again last night for the second time this winter. 8 1/2 inches the first time. 3 inches last night. In an area which doesn’t normally get snow. Guess you’ll just have to visit some snow! Love the hedgehog! :-)

  8. Love it! So funky and cute!

  9. Very cute!  I would think you might have a little influence in getting a groundhog stamp made. :)

  15. Hi Gina, I don’t know if the QuicKutz can be used in the BigShot — I’d guess it could?  I use it in my Cuttlebug.

Christina, thanks a ton for the links!  :)

  16. As usual, you;ve done a lovely job!

Hey, I think a hedgehog would be a wonderful addition to the HA critter family. Get your stamp designer/artist to get on it so we can all have a hedgehog in our homes!!!

P.S. Glad you’re back – missed your posts.
