Kristina’s Color Challenge #44

Hi everyone! I just woke up from a nap with an idea buzzing around in my head for Kristina’s Color Challenge this week. Here are the challenge colors — love them!

kw44-swatchesAnd, here’s my card! It’s just a quick little one since I’m still not feeling that great. Thanks for all of your get well wishes, they really made me smile.  And thanks to Kristina for a fun little challenge to take my mind off of things.  I’m going to send it to my Grandma.

Love this ribbon — it has velvet running down the center, so soft!  I got it to make Valentine’s Day cards and didn’t use it at all, doh!

And I love the Sakura clear sparkle jelly roll pen!  I put some in the flowers, on the clouds, and I also used it to make a dotted outline border.  Hope you can see it, was super hard to photo!

Supplies:  All stamps by Hero Arts — the striped cloud is from the Clear Design Little Things set, the owl is an individual woodblock stamp, and the message is from the A Little Note Design Accents set.  Die cut shape by Nestabilities.  Light pink gems and chocolate notecard also by Hero.  Polka dot paper by Paper Salon.
