Another Hero Arts 2013 Catalog share!

Hey all! How’s your week going so far? It’s been super hectic here getting ready for Christmas, but I’m almost all done. WHEW!

Thought I’d take a minute to share another card using NEW Hero Arts 2013 Catalog stamps! Isn’t this flower just the cutest little thing ever?

The flowers were stamped in the new Pale Tomato ink — just love this color so much! And, I added some gray shading to them (and around them to create a shadow) to go with another new ink color: Charcoal! It goes perfectly with the Soft Granite that I used in the background! Love. It. Seriously.

The “thank you” is part of the Thank You background stamp, I just stamped it in Charcoal and  cut it out. This is a great way to get more from word background stamps like this. Then I stamped it again in Soft Granite. Check it out:

What are your fave stamps in the catalog? I’d love to hear!

Okay back to wrapping presents! Might have to make some more of these after Christmas! :)

Such a cute card, Lisa! I really like that you used the Charcoal mid-tone ink as opposed to traditional black…it looks great!
I’m loving ALL the new stamps, but my faves are “Leafy Vines” and “Loop Flower Pattern” (I just ordered them from SSS). Honestly, I just want EVERYTHING from this catalog, but I’ll have to behave myself :-)
