Hey all! Have you heard the news? Ellen Hutson is hosting a Summer of Stamping celebration and it kicked off today with a super cute set called The S’more the Merrier!
This exclusive set is in partnership with our friends at Lawn Fawn and even though I’m not part of the official hop I just couldn’t resist making a card with it! It’s just too adorable and right up my alley! Plus the s’more the merrier, amiright?

Now on to my card!
It’s a circle card — I haven’t made one of those in ages but I just had to! Yep, had to be done! I started off by watercoloring a background with indanthrone blue, then when it was almost dry — but still wet! — I splashed it with clean water to make a galaxy effect.
After it had dried completely I cut it with the largest circle die from this set, then ran it through the machine again with the constellation background die — I think it just makes the card! Then I splattered on some white paint and that was that. Love the look this gives!
Next I stamped all those cute lil critters from The S’more the Merrier — and had so much fun coloring them! They really made me smile! How could you not?
I decided to make some grass to ground everything — haha bad pun intended — assembled the card and in to the mail it went!
PS. If you’re vegan like me, these are THE BEST marshmallows! Oh my so good you all! J’s Dad isn’t vegan and he couldn’t stop eating them straight out of the bag the first time he tried ’em!
