Card for Jason’s Grandma’s birthday! Happy Birthday Grandma Purinton!
It’s neat their birthdays are just a few days apart from each other. Some years I make the same card and some years they are different. This year I didn’t want to make my Grandma a card with a tulip on it since I sent her one last week. Sorry about the bad picture, but it was raining when I took it.
Supplies: Hero Arts Small Watercolor Tulip (F3832), Pastel Green Notecards (PS423), Soft Lavender Tiny Envelopes (PS405), Background Stripes (H2627), and Script Birthday (C3956) — I inked the “happy” first and stamped it, then I cleaned the stamp and just inked and stamped “birthday” so I could get them on two lines — it’s all on one line on the stamp. I used Memories Soft Sage ink for the background and VersaColor Heliotrope for the saying.Lyra watercolor crayons on the tulip.
I think I’m gonna have to sell my stamps! It’s hopeless, LOL! I have the same stamps (hyacinth instead of tulip though) and never would have come up with this simple, gorgeous design!! Really love it, Lisa, especially the way you separated the happy birthday!
Very pretty! :D
