A few posts down, Cynthia said she’d like to see a card with the Hero Arts Graphic Patterns set — so here it is!
I had this card started a few months back when I was working on samples for the Hero Arts spring supplement — I had the base card made with the circles and stripes along the edge — but I couldn’t quite figure out how to finish it off — until I decided to try some doodling!
Supplies: Hero Arts Sketched Blossom (H4123), and Graphic Patterns (LL126). I stamped the circles on the card front using Versacolor lime green ink, then stamped the circles again on scrap paper using cyan ink. Then I cut some of the cyan circles out and glued them over random lime ones. Cut along the edge of the card front so it looks like a scallop and put some blue paper stamped with the stripes on the inside — I think this would be cute for scrapbook pages too. Then watercolored the flower and added it, then added some doodling to enhance the scalloped edge.
Oh my gosh! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! i love that!!! wow.. i am so in AWE!! Keep coming!!!! you are sooooooooo SWEET!!!
Hi Lisa,
your use of stamps; your choice of colors ; the different patterns — you are just so absolutely creative. And as I Ihave written many a time before thank you so much for inspiring others and for sharing! Your cards always brighten the rainy cloudy days here in the Netherlands.

Doodled?! Gasp! That’s so cool. Something like this is on my to-do list. :)
