Saturday I participated in a workday at Great Hills Park — a 60 acre park that has neat hidden canyons, great views, and lots of trails — it’s just a few miles from our house. I cut down a bunch of Japanese Ligustrum — a non-native plant that can choke out riparian areas. It’s very satisfying cutting those suckers down, ha! I used a hand pruning saw and my trusty pair of loppers.
Then Sunday I got a bunch of stuff done around the house that had piled up since I was sick. Jason and I watched Nacho Libre in the evening — if you liked Napoleon Dynamite you’ll probably like it, but if you didn’t, well then you probably won’t. Ha.
Hoping to get some stamping done that I can share, so stay tuned…
