I’ll be pretty busy the next few days and doubt I’ll have time to post — but here’s one last Christmas card I wanted to share!
I took this photo at Jason’s Grandma’s house when we were there over Thanksgiving. It made me feel so peaceful and happy. AND it reminded me of a stamp from Paperbag Studios that I had been drooling over — so this was a great excuse reason to finally purchase the stamp!
Supplies: Lone Tree by Paperbag Studios, deer postage by Paper Source, peace and happiness to you by Impress, postage cancellation, December mark, and peace on earth cancellation all by Hero Arts. VersaColor baby blue and Colorbox chestnut pigment inks. The Hero Arts stamps are all from a while ago — 2001 — but they really went with the tree stamp — that stamp already had some cancellation marks. Fabriano notecards. I wrote the info about where the photo was taken and the year on the back.
These cards were super fast to make — I sent them to all of Jason’s family!
Peace and happiness to you!
Gorgeous-I have that stamp-I have yet to actaully use it but thanks for the inspiration!
Lisa, I hope you and Jason have a great holiday together. I love the trees you posted. Very Midwestern. Nothing is more beautiful than winter branches. Thanks for your great photo anc card.
