‘Twas the night before Christmas…

…and all through the house…the keyboard was clacking, and so was the mouse!

(Okay, it took me forever to come up with that line, so I’ll spare you any more until the end, ha ha!)

Here’s our little tree — it’s a live tree, I really love it. Love the LED lights too!  We finally figured out what happened to the old ones — we had returned them because they flickered like a strobe light + we didn’t want a disco tree, ha!

Thought I’d share some of my favorite ornaments — just a few, or I’d be here all night. First off,  here’s the first one  to go up this year — from Sally, see his friends  here —  love his natty houndstooth scarf

Next is a gourd ornament we got two years ago at the Chihuahuan Desert Research Institute — when we stayed at here

Finally, check out this bicycle that my mom-in-law brought with her when she came to CHA Chicago this summer!. Reminds me of my first “real” bicycle I had when I was a kid, only that one was lime green.  Thanks again, Mom!  Love you lots.

Looks like Santa has already been here!  I must have been good this year.

Going to take a few days off from blogging to rest up, but I’ll still be twittering. Be back next week.  In the meantime, wishing you peace, love, joy and laughter!

Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
