It’s been one of THOSE weeks. Had awful pains on Tuesday — ended up having to go to urgent care on Wednesday. Yikes, I never do things like that — J was so worried. It’s a UTI. They aren’t sure where it is, exactly, but they put me on antibiotics. Which are helping — yay! But they are making me feel sooooo weak. I keep sleeping + sleeping + sleeping + … well, you get the idea.
I went for a little hobble yesterday — too painful to walk — and took these pictures of the sweet Mexican plum tree growing next to our driveway. Just had to share.
It was really windy and cloudy, but the sun kept popping out. Was in the high 70’s and the birds were tweeting away. Wish you could smell these. I tried to capture the feeling of being in the tree. I just wanted to bury my nose in there.
Ahhhhhhhh, spring.
I’m feeling a little better today + hoping to enjoy some more of this gorgeous weather. And stamp! I’ve been stamping in my sleep, have tons of ideas running around in my brain. Do you do that?
Have a great weekend!
Glad you are feeling better! I have missed your blog this week.
The weather here today is in the 70’s –loving it!
Lisa, I dream designs too. or color schemes. I guess our creative minds don’t rest with the rest of our bodies. I hope you feel better really soon.

Hola Lisa! Those pics are pretty!
Fantastic photos Lisa!
Hey Lisa! Hope you are feeling better! We are having pretty cold weather here in Iowa…it’ supposed to warm up to 50’s this weekend…we will see! :)
It is funny you ask if we are stamping in our sleep…I am actually sketching! I just told my mom today that I have had the craziest dreams & by morning I have cards all planned out & I’m ready to start creating! I told her it would get really interesting if I ended up having cards put together by morning…wouldn’t that take the fun out of it?!? I also would be a master at multi-tasking…something I am constantly working at! :)
I LOVE that second photo that you took “in” the trees and would love to know a bit about your camera setting when you took it. So glad you’re better and back!
