Winter Sky Inspiration

I love winter skies. So pretty and peaceful. There’s nothing like walking slowly in the woods, smelling the crisp air, listening to the wind in the bare branches and hearing the migrating birds.

There’s time to slow down, think and reflect. And underneath it all, there’s the anticipation of spring. Ahhhhhh…

There’s also crafty inspiration to be found in winter skies, too!

Can’t wait to play with this stamp and share what I come up with,

  1. Beautiful capture, you have a way with thoughtful words!!  And can’t wait to see what you make with that stamp, one of the newer wood stamps or something else?

  2. Gorgeous photos!  I can’t wait to see what you do with that stamp too :)
    Hugs!

  3. I almost (almost!) prefer winter to any other season.  As far as I’m concerned it is the most beautiful season for landscapes – I love Spring close up, all that frantic growing and wildlife courting and of course I relish the colours and abundance of Autumn.  In fact, I know I’m a bit weird, but I like Summer the least unless I’m in my garden or walking on an empty shore.  Look forward to your winter project Lisa.

  4. Gorgeous photos, they are perfect inspiration for that wonderful wood stamp. Looking forward to seeing how you use it!!

  5. Awesome photos!

  6. Wonderful post Lisa! Winter can be cold and damp etc etc but there is still so much beauty in nature during this season. Can’t wait to see what you create – thats a fabulous stamp! Jo x

    Your photos are beautiful !
As soon as I saw that stamp, I distinctly remembered the gorgeous cards that you made with it ! In fact, that may have been my first introduction to Fabriano Mediovalis .Your cards are as beautiful today as the day that you made them .
