You can’t fool me. I see you there. Don’t try to act all cute and innocent.
Sweetly sleeping on some flowers, eh?
Or hiding in some wallpaper? Oh yeah, I see you, little fox!
Resources: Sleeping Fox and Fox stamps from Hero Arts. I used a black pearl for the nose, hee hee. All patterned paper by BasicGrey — love! The top one is from the Lauderdale 6×6″ paper pack, other two are from Hello Luscious. I used black thread for the whiskers. For the fox that’s sleeping on the flowers, I used a stamp positioner to get the alignment just right. For the other ones I just stamped on scraps of paper and then lined them up a bit with the pattern on the card.
Here’s a little tip for making the fox’s whiskers: cut three pieces of thread longer than what you need and knot them together. Then glue to the back of the fox and trim.
I wanted to leave the card fronts message-less so that the sneaky foxen would take center stage. :) I plan to stamp a message on the inside later.
Bet you’d never guess that I was giggling when I made these. :)
Hope they made you smile too!
very clever! great idea
