Lawnscaping Polka Dot Challenge!

Hi all! I am thrilled to be the November guest designer over at the Lawnscaping Challenge Blog — many many thanks to Laurel for asking me! I had an absolute blast!

I would have posted this sooner but I have had the worst cold — I even lost my voice for a few days there. So not fun! I had to keep working through it all as it’s a super busy time of the year over at Hero Arts — as in, we have all been super busy working on the 2014 Catalog! Crazy times! But it’s at the printer’s now, whew!

Anyhow, enough of that — back to the current challenge! We’re being challenged to use polka dots for this one. This is no great challenge for me as I LOVE polka dots!

I decided to make my polka dots out of paper from the Peace Joy Love paper pad — just love these little birdies so much!

I just love how the birdie stamp from the Peace Joy Love stamp set coordinates with the paper! WAH!

She was so fun to color with my trusty Copics. I finished off the card with some sequins and twine and that was that! So fun.
