It’s a dim, damp, foggy morning here today, but I had to take a minute and show you some of my letterpress-like cards.
I love letterpress because it really puts the focus on the stamp + the message.
Love the feel of the textured paper too, and how the ink stands out against the creamy white.
I’ll try to get better pics tomorrow of some more that I have done. Thanks so much to Sally for showing me this technique! It’s not exactly Snow & Graham (YUM!), but it’s close. Plus you can make these in a jiffy!
Supplies: Paper Source Luxe white paper, pigment inks, and stamps. (merriest wishes by Hero Arts, flower by Paper Source, Russian dolls by The Small Object, Poinsettia by Savvy Stamps, dotted starry border by A Muse, and solid stripe by Hero Arts.)
They are so Pretty Lisa…Is the Paper Textured a Bit? Love them…..
Hi Kelly! Yep, textured — I’ll try to get better pics tomorrow. Hope the sun is out! :)
