The tree is in the house!

We went down the street to Red Barn Garden Center around 6:00 pm today in search of a tree…

No, not poinsettias, already have one of those — tho these were so pretty

Ah ha, this is what we were after: trees!  Should we get that one?  No, too big.  That one?  No, too small.

This one looks just right…!

Ahhhhhhh….

Pictures of the decorated tree coming as soon as I find the lights.  J got some new LED ones last year, but darn it if I know what we did with them…er…

J did find the battery operated ones that we put on our bicycles for the Jingle Bell Ride — it’s tomorrow — woo hoo!  Can’t wait.

  3. You seem to have more luck with poinsettias than me. Mine always tend to throw their leaves away. Next year I won’t buy any of these. ;)

  4. Cute cat!

  5. Aaaaw, what a gorgeous photo – this little Christmas Kitty is so cute and looks great next to the vibrant Poinsettia – love it!  (but I’m biased as I adore cats !!)
