Hi everyone, how was your week? Mine was super busy, but I have today off, yay! Having a Friday off seems so luxurious to me — yay for long weekends!
I thought I’d share this little crochet flower pin that I made for a friend. (Not saying who in case she reads this, ha ha!)
I just love to crochet! I love the feel of the yarn, and how you can make something. And I read where machines can’t do crochet yet — it can only be done by hand. Love that too.

So, do you have any fun plans this weekend? I have a little surprise planned for J tonight, can’t wait! And then I hope to do some reading, sewing, and stamping, and finish up my blog redo — it’s almost done!
Happy weekend,
hello lisa,

Love your cute flower. I need to get back to crocheting! I’m going rv’ing w/my husband, sister & brother in law. She & I are going to a really neat craft show on Saturday while the guys go fishing. And, the dogs get to come along too! Enjoy your 3 days.
I love that machines can’t do this! Your blue flower is lovely, and I like your new blog too! Have a great weekend – we are off to MI for a few days, a little mini-vacation. Hope the weather stays fair !
You may have inspired me to get out the crochet hooks and make some flowers. I haven’t crocheted in quite a long time. I have lots of my Mother’s crochet hooks and they are very old! It’s fun to use them and remember her. She loved to crochet!!!!
I like the new blog look!!!
Just a test of the comment luv plugin :)
lovely crochet flower. i find crocheting soothing, but i didn’t know that machine can’t do it yet! hummm… then how do they make those crochet trims/ribbons? are they really all handmade? that would be really amazing. have a wonderful weekend! =)

Beautiful crocheted flower, you’re so talented in so many areas!
Oh how cute! Maybe one day I will learn how to crochet… and knit too! Hope you had a great weekend! Hugs!
I’ve never made it past the chain stitch in elementary school, but my sister does afghans…maybe I should bug her to make me these cuties!
Hi Lisa, I love to crochet too. I would love to make up some of those pretty flowers too. Can u send me the pattern to that blue one you shared with us today? How many do u chain before you connect to make circle and what size hook did you use? When you put hook in to draw up the yarn do you go into middle of crcle or do you go into chain?
Hi Mary! I’m working on a tutorial about how I made the flowers — will share soon! Hugs! :)
Aw… I love your crochet flower, Lisa!! I’m getting hooked on crocheting too, watching youtube and learn every night!! :) Hugs!!
