Cards, more cards, cupcakes, and horses!

Check out all the cards I made at the Splitcoast Stampers shoebox swap!

There were soooo many great ideas!  There were TWO cards with clouds — one with felt!  You know how I love clouds and felt. :) And an A Muse window that we masked and stamped a scene inside was brilliant! The batty cupcake with the cherry skull and fangs had to — well — take the cake, tho. It totally cracked me up.

Speaking of cake, you won’t believe all the yummy foods we ate all day long — including a super awesome lemon cupcake and a Butterfinger cake. YUM. Making cards is hard work, don’t you agree?

Here’s a few more scenes from the day that I just had to share, including a little fabric pumpkin that I made for a door prize!

Doesn’t that sunset just look like Texas? The Lone Star Retreat Center is an awesome place. Thanks so much to Karmen for everything, and to Karen, Brenda and Libby for organzing, and to everyone I got to hang out and get inky with. I had so much fun!

It truly was a great day.

Hugs to all,
