I’ll go first! My fave Christmas cookie is a tie between clothespin cookies (mmmm, icing!), buckeyes (I’m from Ohio, ha!), and snowballs or wedding cookies (powdered sugar: messy but I just can’t resist them)!
What’s your fave?
Thanks for the chance :)
My fave is a South Indian cookie called “Achu Murukku’ – or flower cookie.. u can see a pic here :) http://www.khanakhazana.com/recipes/view.aspx?id=4817
Gingerbreadddd :P Sounds like a dream team kind of class… wow!
I am definitely signing up for this class!! My favourite Christmas cookies are homemade Gingerbread.
Oh, shoot – I don’t know what they’re called! They’re the ones that are really soft, with a big blob of chocolate and caramel and a few chopped walnuts on top. Love them! The store where I work used to only sell them at Christmas time, but they were so popular, they now sell them all year round – lucky me! Thanks for the chance to win, Lisa! :)
Sounds like an awesome class! My favourite holiday cookies would have to be snowballs!
My favorite Christmas Cookie/Bar is Cherry Coconut Bars. I think I love them so because my mom only made them at Christmas. They weren’t my favorite as a child but sense then I love them and now I make them for our Christmas gatherings.
I really love all kind of chocolate cookies :)
My favorite? Frosted Sugar Cookies. Yum!
My favourite Christmas cookie has to be gingerbread cookies – a very Swedish tradition :)
Thanks for the chance, Lisa, I’d love to take this class and get some fresh ideas from all of you! My favorite Christmas cookie is probably Scottish shortbread; it’s the only time of year we make it and it’s so rich and yummy!

It’s not Christmasy without some Hershey Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies! I love all cookies though. Thanks for the chance to win!
I’d have to say my favorite Christmas cookie is a regular sugar cookie decorated with royal icing.
There are SO many good Christmas cookies! I love chocolate covered peanut butter balls and also crackle top chocolate cookies! Yum!
My favorite Christmas cookie is the cookies are the one’s my best friends mom makes only at Christmas. We always call the Christmas cookies don’t the name of them. I look forward to my tin every year.
