Three grids!

kw52-colors

As soon as I saw Kristina’s Color Inspiration Challenge this week I thought it was super cool!  Little did I know that it would be super hard!  It took me a while, but here’s what I came up with

I played around with three grids — is it “one” too many?  Or should I say, “two” many, ha ha!?!

Anyhow, the bird body’s grid is from the Hero Arts Screen Shadow stamped with Colorbox Robin’s Egg Blue — love that color, one of my faves!  The second grid is the office supply graph paper.  And the third is in the alphabet stickers — the stickers have all the colors for the challenge rolled up into one and were my jumping off point.

Supplies: Screen Shadow, Design Block Designer Woodgrain, pool notecard, and gemstone all by Hero Arts.  Alphabet stickers by Sassafras Lass.  Felt flower ribbon from Michael’s.  Souffle pen by Sakura (used to make the dots around the edges).    Graph paper from office supply store.  Memories Soft Sand ink and Colorbox Robin’s Egg Blue (for the bird body).  Bird die cut by BossKut, and the branch is actually a tree trunk die — by QuicKutz.  Bo Bunny sand dot paper.

Thanks for the fun challenge, Kristina!  And to thanks to Traci for sending in the picture to Kristina — check out the full view here — WOW!  I’d love to take one for a spin!

Quick question?……how do you get your photo to appear so so bright and vivid? Does the pixel of the camera have to do with anything? Can you give me some tips or do a blog of picture taking 101? Like things you use or day of time to take your card image.  What kind of photo editing do you use.  You know those kinds of questions.

    Thanks Lisa!!
    Hugs!
