This week has been nuttier than normal — so glad things are settling down again, whew.
I had so much fun as the featured blogger on the Hero Club Blog! So good to be able to hear from all of you. And it felt so good to stamp again, after working on the website for so long. In case you missed it, I thought I’d pick up with where I left off with Thursday’s sneak peeks from the Holiday catalog:
I made all of the boxes with my Silhouette — I’m addicted to it!
Then on Friday I dove into digital with this hybrid card:
I actually worked on the Friday’s cards using my old MacBook while waiting for my replacement MacBook to be ready (don’t get me started on why I got a replacement, it’s a long, long story). Want to see my temporary offices? First one was at the Steeping Room, a super fab local tea shop. I had a yummy pot of green tea and a scone made with yogurt from a company in Austin, mmmmmm….
When the tea shop filled up I went out to find another spot to work and came across this rocking chair in the shade — one of the cool things about The Domain is that there’s wireless everywhere!
Then the Apple Store called and my replacement MacBook was ready — yeah! The tech guy laughed at me for taking this pic, but I just couldn’t resist:
I’m going to have to go back there and work again when the weather is cooler, was so nice. Now I’m off for a bike ride before it gets too hot — it’s only 94 F right now.
Have a super fun weekend,
