Warning! You might see more silliness around here than usual for the next month. :)
That’s because I signed up to take Carla Sonheim’s online class, The Art of Silliness “2”! I just had to sign up! A class about being silly? Yay!
Our intro assignment was to “write a story about this bird guy”.
Here’s my story:
Sir Henry Farmsworth the Third of Sussex was in love. This had never happened to him before. He still wasn’t sure how he had allowed himself to get so completely carried away. But the fact coud not be denied: he was completely smitten with Japanese masking tape!
Anyone else taking it? Maybe we can do our homework together! Oh and if you’re interested in signing up, registration is open through Oct 15.
Can’t wait to find out what we’ll do next!
Sir Henry Farmsworth the Third looks quite handsome in his masking tape outfit! hee… love this!! keep the silliness coming please! =)
How fun is that??? I could use some more silly in my life :) Can’t wait to see more of your assignments…sir henry farmsworth is too fun!
Lisa, I was reading your story on the bird guy and when I came to the part about being smitten with Japanese Masking Tape …. well, that cracked me up. Laughed out loud, which is always a good thing. Please post more of your silliness.
By the way, you lead me down the road to my love of Japanese Masking Tape! Thank you!
Wow – Who knew you could create such depth with tape?
After seeing this, Sir Henry Farmsworth isn’t the only one who is smitten with Japanese masking tape ;)
