Hi you guys! I’ve been busy cleaning out my crafty area to make room for new Hero Arts stamps (check out the Hero Arts blog on Monday to see them, can’t wait!). I found a bunch of stamps that I have duplicates of, plus some oldies but goodies, plus some buttons and flower embellishments. Here’s just a little sampling:

Here’s just a few things that I love about spring to get things rolling: the birds are singing, our wonderful Texas wildflowers are blooming (yep, even in this drought we’re having!), Miss Plum blooms her head off, it’s perfect for bike riding and kite flying, and the wild onions are tender and tasty (perfect for omelettes). Oh and strawberries and asparagus are in season. Yum.

My favorite things about spring is opening up the windows and letting the fresh air blow through and sweep away all the winter stuffiness, chasing my kids around the yard and hearing their squeals of laughter, sitting on the back stoop and just staring at the world until the sun goes down, driving with the windows rolled down and the radio up, feeling the wind in my hair, finding new growth and new discoveries every day.
My favorite part of spring are the blooming flowers and warmer weather :) Thank you for the chance to win your generous giveaway.

I love to hear and see the birds in Spring. The robins have big bellies and are about to lay their eggs. And, I can hear all of the birds singing to each other, and chattering. I don’t have to wear a hat or mittens when walking my dog, and we can stay out longer. It’s great!

I love how the switch to daylight savings time! More sunshine in CA.
I LOVE this time of year. In MN the snow is finally gone and the grass is turning green. I peeked in the flower bed and the bulbs are sending forth shoots. The BEST part of spring is the lovely scent of FRESHness after being cooped up all winter.

I can’t seem to keep up! I have blog overload and I tried to add this to Google reader, but I click something and it brings me to the webpage so I don’t know how to comment there! LOVELY blog, I’m going to have to start printing these out because my computer is now being overloaded with saved pdfs and webpages! I’ll be more likely to do it if it’s in front of me and I don’t have to come back to my addiction to my computer! I’m housebound on oxygen so my computer is my link with the world! I can’t speak much or my oxygen is too low, ack, so THANK YOU for the wonderful blog, ideas, it’s the only way I have access to learning or shopping! Wonderful of you to have a giveaway too! well my birthday is in the springtime … and i love birthdays! i also love the new blooms, orange blossom smell, strawberry festival, our chickens usually hatch their babies which is always fun to see the new fuzzy little cheeps running around. open windows for crisp morning air and spring showers! thanks for the chance …. love that fox! :)
