Mmmm, donuts!
I started physical therapy for my knee this morning. At 7:00. Not sure what helped my knee the most: the PT, the coffee, or the donut. I’m guessing it’s the donut! :) I brought some to the PT crew — they all said they made their day better, too! Ha ha ha,
